Donal O’Reardon M.A., M.Litt., H.DipEd., ADR Cert.

Donal is a highly experienced teacher and facilitator having worked as an educator in Ireland, the U.K, U.S, West Indies and Canada. Originally from Ireland, Donal attended graduate school at Georgetown University, Washington D.C. and Trinity College Dublin. He is a trained mediator, an executive coach and group trainer and facilitator. Donal takes an Emotional Intelligence approach to workplace problems and is particularly interested in facilitating individuals and groups in identifying their blind spots (what they are not seeing) and their triggers (what causes unsuccessful behaviour). His publications reflect these interests as he writes regularly in the fields of education, conflict, and the relationship between personal values and institutional participation. Donal has taught at Ryerson University and coached Dispute Resolution at York University. He is the co-author of “Introducing Philosophy: Questions and Readings.”
