Originally from Ireland, Donal O’Reardon has worked across three continents over the past two decades.
Donal holds graduate qualifications in Philosophy, Education, Conflict Resolution, Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching. He uses an emotional intelligence approach to all his coaching work, emphasizing best communication practice for professional and personal development. Donal’s method is based on the principle that all interpersonal skills are founded on “intrapersonal” skills, the ability to look at and reflect on our own behaviour.
Donal is particularly comfortable working with people who are seen as intensely driven, challenging, or even difficult.
